Gabrielle principally practices in the areas of dispute resolution and commercial litigation. She has represented both local and foreign clients before the Maltese Courts and has also dealt with matters referred to the Malta Arbitration Centre. Her practice spans from litigation within the construction and financial services industries to advising and litigating for Maltese regulatory entities and foreign parastatal companies.
She advises local governmental and regulatory entities on a regular basis and has also acted as a co-counsel for foreign governmental entities in litigation in Malta. She has acted as co-counsel in large scale consumer litigation involving local Banks and in liquidation proceedings as well as international disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
Educational Achievement
Gabrielle graduated as Doctor of Laws in 2013 from the University of Malta and was admitted to the bar in 2014.
