Rose forms part of the Civil Litigation Department within the Firm. Her main areas of practice are immigration, employment, property, human rights and other branches of civil law.
Rose joined the Firm as a Trainee in 2014, during which she garnered experience in various fields, including litigation and commercial law. She joined the firm as an Associate in July 2016 and shortly afterwards, she was admitted to the bar.
Educational Achievements
Rose graduated with a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2016. During her time as a student, she formed part of the Sub-Committee for the Reform of Student Resources of GħSL (The Malta Law Student’s Association) and took on the role of editor for the Online Law Journal of the same association.
Rose was also actively involved in the Junior Chamber of Advocates in the role of Financial Officer. In her final year of studies, Rose spent a semester in Italy, wherein she read Anglo-American Law and European Constitutional Law at the Università degli Studi di Perugia.
She has also achieved a Certificate in Media Law, a Certificate in Migration, Law and Society from the University of Malta and an award in HR Practices & Employment Law.
